Returning to Lemuria: A Journey Through The Ancient Women of Lemuria

In a world that often feels fast-paced, disconnected, and unbalanced, there’s something deeply soothing about revisiting ancient wisdom. In a recent episode of Soul Therapy with Chelle, I shared my reflections on the book The Ancient Women of Lemuria by Monica Moriani and Dr. Amber Wolf. This beautiful work combines channeled messages from Kryon (via Lee Carroll) with historical and spiritual insights, painting a vivid picture of life in Lemuria and the wisdom that continues to ripple through time.

For me, reading this book wasn’t just an intellectual experience it felt like a homecoming.

The Harmony of Feminine and Masculine

One of the central themes of the book is the balance between divine feminine and divine masculine energies in Lemuria. Unlike today’s world, often dominated by patriarchy and power struggles, Lemuria was depicted as a place of harmony. Both energies were honored equally, creating a sense of peace, collaboration, and respect that sustained their communities.

This wasn’t about one energy overpowering the other - it was about co-creation, balance, and honoring each role as sacred.

Life in Lemuria: Simplicity, Ritual, and Connection

The book describes Lemurian life as beautifully simple, grounded in nature, and filled with ritual. Men would go fishing while women prepared the land’s harvest, yet food preparation was a shared ritual when families came together. The Lemurians celebrated life through ceremonies tied to the solstices, birth, coming of age, and the elements fire, water, wind, and earth.

What struck me most was how deeply they lived in alignment with nature and community. Every role had meaning. Every act was infused with sacredness.

Echoes in Today’s World

As I read, I felt a resonance in my own spirit a remembering of something ancient and familiar. My own Akashic record readings have connected me to origins in Lemuria, and the peace described in the book mirrors the peace I long for in this lifetime.

The authors also note that Indigenous cultures, particularly the First Australians, carry echoes of Lemurian practices in their deep connection to land, ritual, and spirit. This struck me profoundly after my own experiences at Uluru, where the sacred energy of the land felt palpable and alive.

Why This Matters Now

We live in a time when our world feels fragmented, competitive, and divided. The wisdom of Lemuria calls us back to balance, not to escape modern life, but to infuse it with harmony, compassion, and remembrance of our shared sacredness.

For women especially, this book serves as an invitation to reclaim their innate wisdom and step into their truth with confidence. For all of us, it offers a reminder that we belong to something larger: to nature, to community, and to the oneness of all beings.

My Reflections

As I turned each page, I found myself not just reading about ancient times but experiencing a subtle activation like codes of remembrance stirring within. On difficult days, when the modern world feels overwhelming, I return to this sense of Lemurian peace.

And while we cannot control all the chaos unfolding in today’s world, we can root ourselves in compassion, meditation, and the small ways we ripple love outward.

An Invitation

The Ancient Women of Lemuria is more than a book - it’s a call to remember who we are at our core: sacred beings capable of living in balance, harmony, and love.

If you feel a pull to ancient wisdom, to the divine feminine, or simply to a deeper sense of peace, I wholeheartedly encourage you to read this book. Let its stories and teachings guide you back to a place of stillness and wholeness within yourself.

Because when we remember, we heal. And when we heal, we transform the world.

Have you ever felt a connection to Lemuria or another ancient civilization? I’d love to hear your reflections in the comments.
